I once had a general discussion forum that pretty much also acted like a debate forum. I wish I never gave up on it though. As for me I think I pretty much covered all the niches I wanted to, and I'm working on trying to revive one since it's pretty important to me. I've had forums based around weird niches too, like a water tower forum lol.
