Honestly this is a bit tough I think pretty much everything under the sun has been made into a forum at some point or another. However, I have a community based around game and software glitches, which is probably one of the few forums dedicated to it since most discussions like this are probably made in Discord servers instead. I think a community like this should be on a forum however, but I still haven't really promoted it much or done much with it. I'm still wondering if it's worth keeping around or not.
