I have a few niches that I am working on.
I started a forum dedicated to trail running. I don't see too many other communities for it.
I also started a forum dedicated to creepypastas, which are internet horror stories. There are a lot of Reddit communities for it, not any real forums.
You said the webmaster and promotion aren't explored much? I have to disagree, LOL. I feel like it's a very oversaturated niche.
