Currently, I don't have an online store but in the past, I was running online stores. I wasn't selling from my own inventory, instead I was using dropshipping and print on demand model. I did not make a lot of sales but I managed to make profits by selling the store.
Have you ever tried running an online store?

I haven't ran an online store before. I'm not the most creative person so I wouldn't really know what I could sell on a store! Maybe if my Youtube channel ever got super popular I could make merch with my Channel name on it, but I'm not sure if Sega would be okay with that.

Have you ever ran a merch store on your website (forum or blog)? It is really easy to integrate merch store through services like Printify or Printful.

I have a few times.

I always use WordPress + WooCommerce.

Usually, I sell branded apparel (Print-on-Demand integrated into the site using Printful) and stickers that I have made and I send out.

I've made a little bit from it. It's for my YouTube channel. I need to get a store back going again.

I've procrastinated on it too much!

That's the method I use. I like to use wordpress with woocommerce, because they are free. I also like to use print on demand method because it does not have any upfront cost. But the most difficult part is marketing and generating sales.
