If you encounter problems with the software you are using, where do you go for support? Do you directly write to the company, use their official community, use some other webmaster community, go to youtube or start asking ChatGPT?
I often go to the support forum to get help. I don't fully trust ChatGPT to help me with things, since it can get things wrong often. I might also reach out to those who are more familiar with the language the software is written in too if I don't get a timely response on the support forums.
