As for createmybb, you'd have to convert your forum to MyBB before you're able to convert to their service. I believe Forumotion also allows you to migrate from other software, but you might have to convert to phpBB first. I've never migrated to Forumotion, the only time I moved from one host to another was when I had a forum that ran IPB and I converted over to Jcink since it was cheaper.
